God’s Faithfulness Always Endures – February 24, 2026

Today’s uplifting verse comes from Psalms 46:10, which says: “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”

This verse encourages us to find peace and rest in the midst of chaos, knowing that our God is in control and His glory will be revealed to all nations. It’s a call to trust in Him rather than in circumstances or feelings.

To implement this in daily life, try taking a few moments each day to sit quietly, focusing solely on God’s presence and power. This could be through meditation, prayer, or simply enjoying nature. By doing so, you can anchor yourself in the truth that God is always faithful, no matter the external circumstances.

Let’s consider Anne Lamott, an author known for her honest writing and spiritual insights. In her book “Bird by Bird,” she talks about the importance of finding a quiet place to hear God’s voice amidst the noise of life. She suggests starting each day by sitting silently for even just five minutes, listening to birds, wind, and the quiet hum of the universe. This practice allowed her to remember God’s constant presence and the assurance that despite life’s challenges, He is always there, guiding and caring for her.
